Just steps from the sea, in the Italian resort town of Cervia, Hotel Gabbiano Suite stands out as a cutting-edge hospitality facility designed to provide a stay focused on smart comfort and relaxation. The elegant junior suites, meticulously detailed, are equipped with AVE’s latest technological solutions to guarantee an exclusive and highly functional guest experience.

At the core of the system is the wired AVEbus automation, enabling automated management of lighting throughout the building. This system is designed to simplify guests’ interaction with their rooms while providing centralized and efficient lighting control, enhancing comfort and promoting energy savings.

Complementing the technological infrastructure, the hotel employs an AVE hotel access control system based on personalized card readers. Upon arrival, each guest receives a dedicated card to access their suite. Inside, the same card activates the room’s electrical loads; when unoccupied, non-essential devices are automatically turned off to optimize energy consumption.

The electrical system of Hotel Gabbiano Suite also stands out for its refined aesthetics, thanks to the dark tone of the Tekla 44 series. All visible components – sockets, switches, and connections – feature a clean, modern design perfectly aligned with the hotel’s stylistic identity.

An additional highlight is provided by the Smart metal plates, available in both touch and windowed versions. Ultra-thin and minimalist, they offer a modern and intuitive interface with the electrical system, elevating guests’ perceived comfort and quality.
