Thanks to the technological solutions offered by AVE, the B&B Incanto in Verona strikes a perfect balance between the charm of tradition and the efficiency of modern technology.

At the core of the installation is hotel management based on the proprietary AveBus protocol, enabling complete control of lighting, shutters, and climate systems. The thermostats ensure maximum comfort in every room while also providing significant energy savings.

A key feature is the AVE card readers, which guarantee security and functionality. The external room readers manage access exclusively for authorized guests, while the internal readers activate services and electrical devices only when a valid card is present. This approach significantly reduces energy consumption in unoccupied rooms, addressing the growing need for environmental sustainability.

 

From an aesthetic perspective, the Domus 100 series in glossy white was chosen to add a modern and refined touch to the interiors. The Tecnopolimero 44 front plates with chrome frames complete the installation, seamlessly integrating with the B&B’s style.
